Vanessa Morken is a local artist, art educator and photographer. A graduate from MSUM with a BA in Fine Arts, Vanessa continues to grow as an artist while honing the talents of the next generation’s young makers. Her work captures contemporary charm while also instilling a sense of time.
Vanessa’s stick is inspired by both the farmers and fowl of our region and serves as a reminder that nature is never far away and Moorhead’s roots are planted deeply in the soil.
